Who these terms are between
These terms are between you and Quiet Leverage LLC, which runs Info Packet. By using a page we sent you, you agree to them.
What Info Packet is
Public agencies and service providers use Info Packet to send you a private link to information you asked for, such as phone numbers and documents.
The agency or provider that sent your link chooses what is on your page. Some standard information on your page comes from us. If you have a question about something on your page, contact the agency or provider that sent it.
No account needed
You do not need an account. Your link is private. Anyone who has your link can open your page, so share it only with people you trust.
Not for emergencies
Info Packet is not an emergency service. If you are in danger, call 911.
Not advice
The information on your page is not legal or medical advice.
Texts
- We send a text only after the person who sent your link confirms you agreed to get it.
- Most people get one message for each request.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to stop messages.
- Reply HELP for help.
- Phone companies are not responsible for texts that are late or do not arrive.
We never sell or share your phone number, your email or your agreement to get texts with anyone for marketing.
Other websites and phone numbers
Your page may link to other websites and phone numbers. We do not run them and are not responsible for them.
When your page is available
We work to keep your page working, but it may sometimes be down.
Your page stays available for as long as the agency or provider keeps its record, from 1 to 7 years.
Using Info Packet fairly
Do not try to open pages that were not sent to you, break into the service, or send so many requests that it slows down for others.
Limits on our responsibility
Info Packet is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using it or from not being able to use it.
Privacy
Our privacy page says what we keep and why.
Changes
We may change these terms. When we do, we will post the new version here with a new date.
Law
The laws of Nevada apply to these terms.
